外脆內軟係真既，
絕對係真魚，
用真魚其實都好緊要，
試過其他歐洲國家都唔係一大塊新鮮魚，
都係用魚柳多。
所以尼間先咁多人大推，仲食到有少少魚皮添。
但當然味道都好靠D醬既，
不過選擇就比一般多，
都有4、5種可以揀下。
